* Mass Orders Quantity (MOQ) 20pcs per spree. Order will be placed by Batch whenever MOQ is reached.
* Reserve the right to cancel particular spree if poor response and payment made will be fully refunded.
* If no payment received upon BP closed, order will automatically drop.
* Due to oversea bulk purchase, item are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
* Bear no responsibility for item lost if opt for normal postage. Registered Mail is highly recommended.
* Bear no responsibility for parcel lost during transition from Taiwan to Singapore.
* Once order is confirmed and secured with Taiwan, neither changes nor cancellation are allowed.
* Please allow 2-3cm discrepancies for the measurements stated due to different production batches and ways of measurement.
* Item colors may differ slightly due to lighting effect or monitor's resolution.
* Bear no responsibility of defects, wrong item/size/color sent from Taiwan. But surely negotiate with Taiwan if any compensation can be made.
* Shall take alternate size or color that was stated without notice given if priority choice is out of stock .
* Shall keep spree-er inform via email if any out of stock item is incurred.
* Once composed of all refund data for all sprees, will be informed of OOS/defect/stop production items to respective spree-er via email and refund accordingly.
* Waiting Period-Adults Apparels Spree:
(i) Mostly item is pre-order stock which Taiwan need to re-order with its factory and re-stock period will be around 7-30 days. This processing will take approximately 3-8 weeks times from order placed in with taiwan till pre-order items completely re-stocked.
(ii) All items are directly ship from Taiwan by Air Mode, it will take around 7-10 days to reach Singapore-Singpost Processing Unit. And PPH will be sorted it out once parcel received and mail out within 2 days.

(i) Different with adults fashion, kids apparels are all ready stock. Hence ordered item(s) will be secured upon payment received. In order to prevent of disappointment, fast payment upon order captured is strongly recommended.
(ii) Stongly suggest to give an alternative size or color in case of first selection has been sold out.
